I recently read about this new tyre.
Sounds interesting for those looking for that on/off road compromise
It'll probably be a while before we we have any feedback but please share here...
Lots o talk on here already about them, just use the search box.
Lots of talk about the TKC 80, but only this thread on the TCK 70 from the search results I just did?
Or am I missing something?

Sorry i may have meant Conti's in general but i need new tyres soon and have been thinking about the Heidenau k60 scout tyres or possibly the TKC70's if anyone has decent feed back on either that would be good.Have seen some promo vids from Conti but not much else, fraid this link is spanish but hey ho............
What you running on the CT at the mo ? and your invaluable opinion plz
.
<please Colin do not insert your answer in the quote, otherwise it is difficult to understand>
I'm running with Scorpions at the moment, these were fitted with the bike from new. They're getting a bit worn now and will need to replace them next month. I'm not that happy with the Scorpions. They are good in the dry, but I don't really trust the front tire in the wet.
My decision on tires is based on thew weight of the CT, the type of road I mostly run on and experience of previous tires. I liked the Anakee II on my Tiger 955i very much and I'm tempted to run with Anakee III. Since I do the majority of my riding on tarmac, I might even go to the latest version of the road pilot tires.
Decisions, decisions, decisions...
Yes decisions, Always tough for tyres, do most of my running on tar also but when you need that bit of trail grip !!!!!!!!
I hope my tyres will last till i return from vcim17 which will give me a chance of some discussions.
I can add that last year i had Anakee 3's fitted to my TA 700 and was extremely pleased with them, planted to the max is the feel and even some basic gravel trails 2 up was no problem at all.
I guess we are always looking to push the boundaries.!
Mine came with Anakee 3's with just a few hundred km's from the previous owner, and I've found myself being fairly aggressive on paved corners without even thinking about the tires. Other than typical Belgian potholes and cobblestone roads, I've not had an opportunity to take them offroad, so can't comment on that end.

I have today ordered a set of Michelin Road Pilot Four (trail version) for my CT. Will be doing a long ride next weekend so will give you my views on these after that. These tires are road biased as I ride mostly on tarmac with the CT.
Mr. Kiwi,
I´m waiting for your report, cause I have to renew or change my Heidi´s at my XL 1000.
