Unfortunately our roads go between the mountains rather than over them and we don't have those magnificent switchbacks...
I'll check my route and see what passes are there!

Passes are really between the mountains...
Remember they are around 4000m in that part of Alps.
Had some passes and peaks during last 4 days
Highest one was 1795 m
The higher road (asphalt) of Europe: just above Bonette pass (2715m) it is "
route de la bonette" : bonette's road
