Hi guys, i like to modify my bikes with cnc clutch and break levers matching with my bikes colors. I searched the internet, mostly ebay to find a cnc pair for my 05 varadero but I couldn't fing a suitable one
. Is there anybody out there using these levers? or any idea how can I find them?
Thanx madero, I look at the site you mentioned, but the result is the same. Nothing for varadero. But thanks again.
And again... Google is your best friend!
Africa Twin & Transalp 650 parts are similar to Varadero (same unit).
Beware of these; they are too cheap and therefore probably made in China and will not function properly, causing drag etc.
I was at my mechanic's when a really smart racer came in on a trailer, for some professional work on the brake and clutch operation. Guess what? Those really smart looking 'breakaway' CNC levers were just like the ones on that link and the mechanic spotted them straight away and showed why they wouldn't work correctly.
The guy who owns the bike is an airframe technician and services ejector seats for the Royal Air Force. He was embarrassed at having bought them!
Bling is bling never use pattern levers.
PS. The Vara levers are asymmetric; I thought my brake was bent in the crash but when the new one arrived; guess what? Have a close look.

i totaly agree with you,
i have seen those levers few month ago but didn't go for it, look at the customer reviews
usuallly if you can't find it in the motorcycle online stores it is probably a low quality product. these stores will do everything to make a sell but they are very careful not to put crap online
anyway if you gone buy them i will be very happy to read your review
Yes, they are from China. I would not spend my money on those, but they were the only 'hit' on google. Can imagine that they are crap.
Well, I'm not interested in this kind of bling-bling, just tried to help Bulloween
No sleight intended Madero. I just report what I was told at the garage.

Hi guys and thanx for your replies.
I searched the google and I found some sets for Vara, but none of them seems to work with vara, that's why I asked for someone who use them.
And I'm not contribute the opinion about china made lever sets. They are very simple, CNC machined 6061 T6 aliminium pieces that anyone who has a cnc machine and a computer can built it. I used 4 different models of those levers in 4 different bikes and I never had a problem with them. I'am an engineer and a mechanic, they fit perfect and work well. Finally It's not space technology. They prone to break not bend that's the only problem. They are adjustabe (yes it works) good looking and as cheap as oem ones. There is no reason to pay 200$ for a rizoma which made of 6061 T6 alu. made in italy made by an italian (?) using a CNC machine. You can find suitable ones in ebay for most of the bikes for 30$ include shipping. But not for Varadero, or Africa Twin or Transalp
