There is even a famous White Varadero popping up in the footage...

as an extra we could show them some area below sea level!!
It might be more spectactular for a Frenchman.

Indeed!
A few years ago, I stayed in a campsite (in Andijk IIRR). 50 m from our bungalow there was a dijk, when you climbed on it, you could see a see on your side, which was some 3-5 m higher than the bungalows. An amazing sight.
I remember wondering what happened when flushing
Back to topic, congratulations for having a nice bike day!

Josep
It is obvious that Blacksmith and JosepM clearly have an eye for quality...

It was not the sea, it was once but now it is a lake.

Yes, I know. A huge lake, next to another one, both result of two "side to side" crossing dams. I remember reading somewhere on the N dam how low tides were used to "empty" it; amazing too!
Too bad this N dam, for the most part, had the road with a view only to the S. In this sense, the old S dam is nicer.

Josep

They are, however, situated in the boring part of my country. Its like Amsterdam (the city we have build to attract tourists). Utrecht, Amersfoort, Maastricht and Groningen (city) are far, far nicer places to go.
I prefer the southern province (Limburg) and the northern Drenthe / Friesland / Groningen provinces. And a (small) eastern part between them.
Not crowded, not polluted, no crime. Every now and then a small earthquake, but we manage to survive...
