The only "headache" is the visa to Belarus.
Very expensive.
How expensive?
€90.- each. The passport has to be sent to Belarus embassy in Stockholm or Helsinki.
This is for a "normal" visa if you arrive by bike, car or bus.
If you arrive at Minsk International airport, you're given a 30 days visa for free.

Nice Oldtown in Lviv, but terrible roads

Are you using a travel agency for the Visa? On their web site http://finland.mfa.gov.by/en/consular_issues/visafees/ it is 60 Euro.
Check also https://grodnovisafree.by/en/
And http://tour.brest.by/
The Belarusians are smart guys.
€60.- is normal price. They add 50% if there isn't an Embassy in your own country
