think you have kept on geiranger ? but a lot of us will be on the road so it will be interesting to have the south Norge card ...
Nice try Skye indeed helpfull for those who will travel to north.
Thx magnus; I see negative temperatures
I'll take skiing clothes , more than rain suit
In the highest summits in middle of the night, yes. Dress for skiing.. Or sleep in a hotel, your choice
Summits are between 1500 and 2500 m altitude, so even in daytime, temperature can drop to +5 if it is overcast with clouds. Have an extra jersey to put on. Always better to dress a little warmer in mornings and put it off. Long johns in wool is always in my topbox. You never know when weather change and it can change quickly.
Not scaring you to much. I drove in the "sognefjell" late july in only a t-shirt under jacket. It was a little bit cold above the treeline. Under treeline it got warm again.
Satnavs can tell which altitude your on
It's feel good ! better if we have not too much rain, and have the possibility to have a look on landscapes !!
Please change to this one
The weather will change more then 5 times before we arrive to Geiranger
I`m nor worry at all
What I'm most curious about is how it will be on the ride north. We have the gear but I like the sun to get the most of the camera.
In Geiranger we have roof...
