Only Joseph here know what I've in my mind. I have to cancel this year and give it a try 2016.
OK here is a short video I made when I took my Vara to the top of a local mountain. WARNING, dodgy content towards the end of the video
Cool thing.. Where are we? UK, since it left-hand riding??
Sorry west coast of Ireland
Weekend after VIM I was participating in a Long Distance Rally. The idea is to get to bonuslocations with different points and plan a good ride and then ride the plan. Rally was starting 07:30 in morning and ended same time Sunday morning. During 24 hours you was about to catch so many points as possible. A limit was set to 2000 Km. If you had drive over that, you had clearly done overspeed.
15 starters, from Sweden, Finland, Germany and UK.
In the end I had done 1647 km and got 32450 points and finished on 7th place, best rookie. A ride report is done how the day was,

After min 1, the road becomes more interesting...
To the point of having to add speed bumps to the potholes?
BTW. I didn't know the meaning of "dodgy"; now I have an idea
Greetings,

That behaviour gets 'dodgier' the closer it gets to a girls school.

Astonishing views I must say. Spain is definatly worth to discover more. There must be roads everywhere looking like this and also perfect weather nearly almost the time.
Now it is done. Unfortuneatly on a BMUU. Honda isn't there at all provide rentals with bikes.
Met a Vara Rider from Almeria so I told him about this forum.

Thanks for sharing. In the late 70's I did a lot of fieldwork between Seathwaite and Buttermere.
Those sheep still look nervous

We had a week in the lakes (my first time) and had glorious weather every day. It was magical and felt as though we were riding through the Andies!
Here are a few more sheep that we encountered on Newlands Pass
Thanks again for the link. Should be back to see the "family" later this year (N. Yorks/Dales) and may have 2-3 days in the Lakes....so we can check out the sheep?.....unfortunately there'll be no bike
MANY years ago I putted a around the Lakes on a Honda C70
.....but I was free!
