The new one is smooth all the way down to 2,000 rpm.
What about low gear (1 and 2), low rpm´s and constant throttle, like when running queue? Is it smooth here too, or is it running uneven so you´ll have to use the clutch?
Or low gear (2 e.g.), low rpm´s, turn the throttle off and then give throttle again? Is this ok, or does it cough sometimes (typical around corners or out of a roundabout)?
These bad habits is what my 2008 does (did
), together with other nearby modelyear too, as written about many times and places. And I´m wondering if there has been some changes/opdates in the PGM-FI on the newer models as this is called SD03, or is this just because it´s "Made in Italy"? Normally changes in the type designation comes from some radical changes, like when the Varadero got PGM-FI and six gears and changed to SD02. But the only change I se from outside on the SD03 is another rear suspension with the handwheel on the right side instead of the left.
And then there´s Two Plugs and his 24 km/L. I´ve never done that, max. 21 km/L. Or does Bernard drive like an old lady?
The reason why I wrote (did
), is that I´ve just mounted a PowerCommander this spring, and is about adjusting it, I´m not quite
satisfied yet (maybe I´ll never be
), but the cough and the uneven running at low rpm´s is gone now!
But more about that elsewhere, as I see Madero is asking about PowerCommander as well
