It would be great to have both
I'm interested in whether seat length is important for you. The CT has a shorter seat than the Varadero and the AT. One of the reasons I chose the AT was because of the extra seat length compared to the CT I owned. But like you DCT was definitely my preferred choice.
Hi MrKiwi,
For me the length of the seat is no problem. Most of the time I travel in one up mode
. Problem is to have a bike with hard rear suspension, so... AT is in advantage.

Hi,
Today after re-testing CT and TA, weighing the pros and cons of each of them, I came to the final decision: it will be a Twin...
an Africa Twin DCT!!!
Regards,
Twin is something special I love since years , and even the brilliant engine of the CT cannot change my mind
Nice choice
Well done, congrats with your new ride!
Waiting for your first ride report
Hi,
So far no AT riding. Buying a motorcycle in the month of August may prove to be an exercise in patience ...
. Everyone goes on vacation: the dealer, the importer and can you imagine... me too
Finally out of the container, waiting for the license plate and the arrival of Honda's adventure pack components that are still missing.
Best regards,
Congratulations! I took the CT for a ride on a demo. It didn't seem to have the 'soul' I had expected. I love the Honda V4 motor but it seemed a bit dull and lifeless, although the bike went like the wind when you really rode it.
I think you'll see and feel a bit of the Varadero in your AT. If you look at the overall styling there are some not so subtle hints back to the Varadero.
Have fun riding!

Absolutely agree
Honda panniers seems not to be waterproof neither solid (they break if you just fall the bike not riding ... ) waiting for your report !

Great decision arrived at through test riding.
Congratulations!
Hello,
Finally I took time to leave here some photos of the first kms made with AT.
While still in the period when I should be gentle with the throttle, first impressions confirm the good feelings obtained in test-drive mode. For me, what is already evident is AT suspension comfort, superior to what I was used to with Varadero and far superior to what I experienced with Crosstourer.

Starting from scratch
Nothing better than going to the geodesic center of Portugal to decide which is the next destination
Regards,
Thanks for the first impressions and hoping to see you next VIM at Andorra.
