RESERVATION PROCEDURE

-   Bogdanbc will create new VIM-22 reservation topik only for reservation purpose with post providing reservation template,
-   Use only the reservation template provided by Bogdanbc,
-   Fill in this template for yourself and for passenger (if any)
-   The number of places is limited, the order of applications (posts) matters,
-   Point out preferred accommodation, Bogdanbc will confirm reservation of selected by you accommodation or he will contact you,
-   After that you will receive private message with:
       -   confirmation of your reservation (reservations- if with passenger),
       -   the number of your reservation (numbers - if with passenger)
       -   payment amount,
       -   number of bank account, or paypal
       -   payment deadline,
-   Important ! in the title of the bank transfer or paypal, you will have to write: VIM22, forum nickname, the number of reservation (or numbers – adequately if
    with passenger),
-     if you choose the paypal method of payment I will have to add 3% of total amount (not les than PLN 20) commission paid by the recipient
-   Finally, when your payment occur on the bank account you will receive final confirmation with official VIM22 invitation.

I don't wish to a doom merchant but international bank transfers are notoriously bad and forwarding reference details.

You will spend time trying to work out who some payments are from

Yes, I know there is such a risk, I hope that VIM participants will add the required information to identify the transfer.
Paypal is another option, but there is an additional 3% fee.

@ Kris, just for information.

I had to pay 20 €  transfer-fee to my bank to transfer the VIM-fee (with acco) from Germany (EURO) to Sweden (Krona).

This had been more than 3 %.

But do it as you want, I will accept it.

Unfortunately, this option does't work because a company account is connected with paypal.

I mean that the commission can not be avoided.
