Some stuffs doesn't work

Am I alone to have problems with this forum ?
Smileys & others buttons doesn't work (insert link, bold characters, ... ...),
I use Edge & Windows 10, I didn't tried with Chrome (or other OS ...).

My virus protection blogs some of the smileys. But who needs them anyway?  VCIF_ThumbUp

I do have an issue with the smileys depending on what platform I am on.  I'm using Windows 10 and Edge on my desk top and have not problems.  Using Windows 10 and Edge on my Surface Pro there is is, the touch screen features don't seem to recognise the smileys.  The mouse does.  So I swap to using Google Chrome on my tablet (Surface Pro).

On iPad (iOS) the [more] smiley are disabled also , but you can type them ... If necessary  ;)

Mmmm.....works fine on my obsolete BlackBerry PlayBook  :P   (it just keeps on going)

....but problems with windows 10 desktop
