Damn! I just bought a 2023! 

On the other hand...after almost 250K km on a 19" front wheel (Vara&Crosstourer), truth is that I am enjoying very much the 21" (as were my 250K km on XT, Dominator and Transalp)

Less aggressive looks, anyway  It fits better yours truly,  this one ageing (gentle)man

the 19" is only on ATAS, normal has still 21"

My opinion too; do not understand Honda's logic ...
