Part broken, is this the right one?

I unscrewed the front lower cover to be able to change oil filter.
In the pictures, you'll see the part that broke.
I think that is 64416-MBT-D10.
Varadero 2001!

Where is the cheapest place to get a new one? Seems like it would be 40 euros minimum online, plus maybe shipping. My nearest store would take around 55 euros... Any ideas?

Fixed it (I hope), 2001 model. Cheapest way seems to be the store close to where I live, sadly, which will be 60 euro including shipping...
