Agree Swing, I can't find anything on the official booking site either. Our party booked the accommodation directly @ the campsite.
Some more detailed info's about 'how2book' the arrangement with food etc would be appreciated.

Attendence Fee is coming up on Website www.vim19.com soon.

Skye wrote this too, and I asume that when the attendence fee comes on the website it will be together with a booking posibility including the dinners/buffét, breakfast and merchandise.

Only question is; when is "soon"?

Some difficulties has coming up in orgateam how to setup the fee and how to pay. Everything has to be in order before we launch it

There is no compulsory attendance fee as in previous VIM's but we will be offering an option for Group meals, Breakfast, Welcome BBQ and Shirt with Logo.

We hope to have this available this weekend. Payment will be in NOK either by PayPal or to a NOK Bank account.

Booking will be via the website and accessible to those who have  registered and completed their profile section.

I've booked and paid hotel separatly, as recommanded.
That's OK 

Now, I have difficulties to book and pay attendee fees, BBQ, T-shirt an so on...

Here is the way I navigate in the web-site http://vim19.com, after login :
---- VIM19 BOOKING
----------BOOK -BUFFET, BREAKFAST, BBQ, T-SHIRT
-----------------ALL PRODUCT  --> Error - Could not retrieve product information
-----------------SHOPPING CARD --> Empty

Do I do something wrong?...
