Yes we go to one of my preferred places in the world (yes I do not know all the world  ;D )

Bonnette european highest road (2802 M osl)

And we do the road down with Michelle (she doesn't know); and yes it was written "Road closed" , but ... we (I) decide to go

With the help of my new Czech friends, we decide to cut the hairpin in the grass and stones: and it works perfectly  VCIF_ThumbUp it was only 1 meter deep and 70 m long; but if not, we have 40 kms to do the other way ...

After some trouble with the rear wheel rim of my XT I had to cancel the Balkan Tour this year.
Instead of, next week I shall go at Briancon, after repair of my XT is done, and I will do the Papaillon, Assietta, Sommelier and some other gravel routes.

Greetings from the South of Germany

Stunning roads and passes. Looks like terrific riding and you would have the roads all to yourself. My riding route list keeps getting longer and longer....

Be careful Assietta is closed some days -perhaps on Wednesday and we? And not sure Sommelier is opened every day and you perhaps have to pay (something like 5€) but most chance to have no more snow   ;D
