30430-mbt-305 - I need one! Same for all year models?

I am searching for a "30430-mbt-305", Honda RECEIVER UNIT.
Is it the same one from 2001 until later?
If there is a replacement one, i would use that one too, no problem!

I am searching for one right now, and I am in Schleswig, Germany. If there is one nearby, I will try to get it here or to get there! I am in a bit of a hurry sadly, as I will otherwise ship the bike home from my insurance company - I can't spend the week it would take for the mechanic to get the part in a tent on a lawn.

Hope anyone can help me! Everything is appreciated! Honda owners near Schleswig? If I could just test the other one, that would be awesome!
