Maybe my account is not approved. 

All I can see is a written description of rooms.
I can not see who is booked either.

Can you please check?

If you have requested a logon, registered on the VIM25 website and completed your profile,  your account on the website will be updated so you can then see the booking page and other pages.

The booking page has some details and prices on it but "no stock" at the moment.

We will update the stock levels in a few days and post a notice here saying that you can then book your attendance and accommodation for VIM25.
