A new law fiddeling with cellphones during drive is now forbidden but has no effect. So watch out for car drivers doing anything else than concentrate on the road.
Speedcams are only taking photos from front. No cameras from behind and hard to prove that is actually you driving the vehicle with a helmet on.
In Norway you will probably see a sign with a camera and text "Måling". That is a measured distance between to points and your average speed will be calculated.
