So far 11 miles home from the local Honda shop.
Riding position is very good. much more upright with higher bars and screen
FBW throttle seems very precise. But the bikes needs a good few more miles on dry salt free roads.

Fender extender, underseat power socket, stebal magnum horn and rear splash guard fitted.
As yet main stand, Givi outback rails and topbox mount are unavailable. but i'm sure will be in a week or so.
Scottoiler will be fitted at 600 miles service.

Hopefully get a few miles this weekend as the salty roads are improving

I should receive mine in three weeks, is there a tubeless version? I understand the only color avialable is blue tricolor.

Jack, how do you plan to reach the ground? It is even higher than standard!

Jack

No tubeless version available yet. Very happy with tubes.
Yes. Just the one colour.
It is a very tall bike. I'm just about 6' and can't get both feet flat on the ground at once.

There is a lower seat... and on the low position doesn't fit quite correctly with the plastics.

Not a lot of Billy bolt on parts available just yet.
Scott oiller say it could be a month or so before they have one available as the side panel covers the place where it should go.
Got a main stand today. Will fit that at the weekend.
Hopefully don't have to much difficulty with the springs.

Congrats Loudpedal! Looking forward to meet you again in Andorra next May.

Jack... it really is TALLER than the stock Africa Twin. Had a sit on it and even I misjudged how big the Adventure Sports is. Not sure you will be able to compensate only by mounting the lowered seat.
I guess its about 20mm+ taller than normal.

I measured myself today bareboot 166.5 cm beleive it or not once I was 176 cm. I shall test ride the bike, If not suitable, and if there is no kit to lower it I shall not take it.
