My 35 year young XLV750R is about 30kg less than your CRF1000L with 70bhp (which is enough), suspension with airsupport and shaftdrive. So? To add more weight and complexity? Maybe good for Starbucks riders...
Should have a shaft drive on a future model...
And where is the often talked about adventage concearning the weight CRF1100L to XT1200Z (Super Ténéré) ?XT 1200 Z with Kardan, 1200 ccm and 23 litres fuel capacity is 267 kg,AT 1100 L without DCT, with chaine, 1100 ccm and 24 litres is 262 kg.Now they are playing in the same leaque.
The advantage, Rainer? Well, not that difficult... Its a Honda. Funny that you seems to know the weight of a yet to be introduced bike for which only is known that engine capacity and feul capacity increases. And even Yamaha riders keep hanging around on a HONDA forum and a HONDA community... which make sence... After all, you meet the nicest people on a HONDA!
Sure it comes, surely 2021 ...
