A couple of months ago, I ordered a few beers, and wine glasses, in Norway. On average, some 68 NOK each, which is 8.45 EUR.
To compare, a 33cl bottle of beer costs here 1.50-1.70 EUR, and a 0.5 l glass, 2 EUR. Gasoline is 1.40 EUR.

Russia seems to be very, very cheap

Russian way i guess is cheaper and more spicy ..... ( VODKA +  Bolshoi Ballet Bunnies ) .Bernard a trip to Russia is absolutely recomented (only for men that tour) no second passengers allowed!

As you know, Manos, I am free of choices (again) to go where boldly no (female?) (passenger) has gone before, hahaha! 

But most likely, the route will be one direction Hirtshals (DK) visa-versa to catch the shortest ferry to Southern Norway.

But I am always open for suggestions on to an real adventurous tour!

Beware of what you wish Berny ,adventurous tours might be liked more than we think .....  We can arrange a winter unofficial  meeting i assume in the near future .

Wintermeeting is OK for me Manos. But it has to be in Greece... The Dutch winter is simply too wet and too dark!
