Not only shipping but also the taxes will increase the prices for spares from out of Europe here in Germany.

Europe?  This is an International site right?  I'm thinking more on a global Honda Adventure Riders level.  I'm sure there are plenty of people that are not in Europe that would be pleased to buy these products from Jim Davis in Japan.

I know for a fact that bike owners in North America (USA and Canada) buy this guys stuff and have it shipped from Japan.  In fact I think I first found the link on a USA ADV Forum.  They have to pay shipping and import taxes also.  Some bikers find it hard to buy stuff like this locally, in some other countries around the world, so they would be willing to pay shipping and import taxes.

Lets broaden our horizons a little eh? ;)

But more than 80% of this forum are coming from Europe.

So for me (us?) this is only nice to know  VCIF_ok.

PS: This is not a offence against Canadians (as I was asked before), I still have comrads there from my former duty.

I hear you.  No offence taken to be sure. :)
Just trying to broaden the forum content to appeal to a more global Honda Adventure Riders audience.

Anyone in the UK buying something priced in Euro's is in for a big shock at the moment.

I'll copy that. I have bought stuff for my bike(s) from all over the world, even some Honda original decalls from Australia cause they where out of order every where else.  VCIF_salut
