Congratulations.

Is it a replacement or an addition ?

loudpedal

Thanks.
Sold the T7 and CB500X. Down to a three bike garage as a commuter no longer required.

Sold the T7 and CB500X.

I'll bet the Xl 750 is more lively than the CB500X ?

JosepM

Congratulations!  VCIF_ThumbUp

According to official specs, she is close to a Varadero as far as power is concerned, but far when weight is considered.

I wish you many happy km  (or miles) on her.

loudpedal

Thank you Joseph

Yes Stewart.    A lot more.  However the CB500X was mainly used as a commuter and was returning around 80 MPG
The Transalp will be used on trips and fun days out. Hopefully after a few miles to loosen things up it will be doing well over 60 MGP.
But worth it for the extra power.

G British or American?  8)

JosepM

Assuming UK G

282.5/60=4.7 l/100km
282.5/80=3.3 l/100km

Veeery low, isnt it?  :)

loudpedal

Yes   Uk gallons

80 MPG for a 500cc bike is an excellent figure.

I'll know more about the 750 transalp after the first 1000 miles.
