Hello

I am new on the forum, first post. I have a 2003 Varadero 1000, UK version. I am in France and would like to change the speedo to km. If I change the whole speedometer unit with a 2nd hand unit, does anyone know what will happen to the odometer reading, will it read the whatever the odometer reading on the 2nd hand unit is, or will it display the original odometer reading, does it need reprogramming? Thanks!

SB

 Hi Eoptio

I'm pretty sure it will show the odometer reading stored in the second unit.

It is possible to get stick on overlays showing KPH or to change the internal faceplate.

Thanks for your response, overlays sound like a better idea!

I remain convinced that saying hello before starting to ask things is more pleasant for everyone...  ;)
