And it happens just unexpectedly. Was there oil or something on the thick layer of tarmac?

Luckily you only needed a few cigarettes to put your nerves back in order  :)

That kind of road are not only in RUS, at Poland are too, soo we have to pay attention all the time, specially when it is raining.

It was not an oil. Too much bitumen (tar) is used for laying asphalt. When it's hot the road "sweats" with bitumen, heavy trucks spread it on their tires. There is no place not covered with the tar. During rain the road surface becomes like ice.  :-\
