Packed nicely, but personally I would not drive a bike like this with so much weight behind the rear axle.
All of the luggage weight between 40-50 kg. When you take a passenger behind he could weigh between 90-100 kg. So what happens to the rear axle.

A pillion sits on the seat in front of the rear axle, your luggage is piled up on your massive topcase. It must have a serious effect on handling.

Officially a max of 10kg in the topcase including the weight of the topcase. I always put the really heavy stuf in my tankbag and avoid overloading my topcase. Just my 2 cents.

The loads applied to the rear axle will be dettermined by the position of the centre of mass of the loaded bike.

Adding mass behind the rear axle may move the centre of mass towards the rear of the bike and put more load on the rear axle. But Jack is correct that, as long as he doesny carry a pillion and the luggage , its unlikely to add any more load or affect the handling of bike any more that a heavy passenger.
