I can edit existing pages, but how do you create a page in a categories?

Type in the text in the edit box and then goto the categories tab and select the category

I noticed it wasn't working after we moved servers.I'm not sure if it was teh move that caused the problem of it had stopped working before that.

I've had a look at it but not  yet managed to work out whats wrong.
