Yeah, no panic yet!

At the moment you all seem a bit like naive kids.

The only thing I go along is waiting,
but at the moment it looks not good.
There´s no coming through Italy, at the moment.
Take the time needed in China to have less new infections.
This took 2-3 months.

Let's see what happens. Maybe AnneGro and I have to postpone our long trip.
Shortest route is through Sweden and a ferry. And May/June still feels far away  ;)

But - today the Norwegian authorities decided that all people returning to Norway from outside Scandinavia will be put into quarantine for 14 days  :'(

Go up to Dresden and directly in Poland, because from South, Slovenia, Hungary, Ukraine, is too long and I think Ukraine is also closing down.

i have just read that poland has now a ban on foreigners entering poland for the next 10 days, which could be extended to 20 days, and if needed a further month after that. also a ban on gatherings of over 50 people.  sounds to me that it will be touch and go if the vim goes ahead. do we get our money back if its cancelled.

It should't be surprising that preventive actions are taken.

In my opinion everything will be fine  -  but it's not known when.  ;D  (such a tiny joke)

If you think that VIM should be canceled, then we can do it. However, part of the work has already been done and costs related have been incurred.

I am in contact with "Obcy" from Myczkowianka who does not interrupt the preparations (banners are already ordered, ready shirts, badges, etc.)

I personally think that we should't panic! , but it's only my personal opinion, if you think otherwise we can finish preparations for VIM in Poland.

Yes, don´t panic yet.
But as you can see, there are participants who are thinking about.
And yes you shouldn´t stop preparations in the hope VIM will take place.
But what if VIM must be canceld, later in mid or end of may?
Then there are questions what is about the payment of the acco,
not about the banners; shirts and what ever you have ordered.

I think that's where ubertourer's question goes and
if therefore you will have a solution, this will be fine.

Greetings from the South of Germany
still in the hope VIM will take place
and I know you will do the best in that situation

Sorry Kris, you asked and I answer.

I can only tell you, how I planned my accos for the way to and from VIM.
I can cancel my accos till 24 May 20 without paying.

This will not be practicable for VIM, but this may be the direction of a solution.
And only if it is mid to end of May predictable that VIM cannot take place because of entry ban ...
At the end the orga has to check what is makeable and decide and I will agree.

Just as SB has mentioned https://honda-adventure-riders.com/index.php?topic=1976.msg23568#msg23568

Greetings from the South of Germay

PS: And as you said above, this is only my personal opinion. The Orga of VIM is the boss in the ring !!!
