Like at previous VIM's, we offer the oportunity of an extended stay at Xixerella for early arrivals from Thursday till Friday. Please note: these offer needs to be booked through our booking site and DOES NOT include diner or breakfast!
Everything is online on the VIM site ; booking will be closed too on March 17th

People who have received login details for the website (by sending and email to admin@vim20.org as noted below) and have completed their profile section should then be able to see the booking section.

We need all your details (address, passport No, Bike reg) to allow us to make the bookings.

To be more specific... we have received a few bookings for only the VIM attendance, without booking any of the accommodation options.
If you are sharing an accommodation on the VIM site with friends, please let us know.

There are several questions in the registration process that are there to prevent spammers or bots accessing the forum.
The answers are bike related and easy enough for most people with an interest in the Varadero if he's having problems an email to the forum admin should help.

On an other hand very tired to ear about complain on how must be the VIM, it is too much that or not enough that !!! ... 

Tired to organize (on last minute ) such events (organized 3 and put my hands in 1 more these 4 last years) ; If you have suggestion feel free to open post on the forum and yes we can discuss of all subjects there. Take your responsibilities , propose something, and organize it till the end

Many thanks to Zebulon for all the hard work that he has done for us all. If the organisation is like the VIM France event, it will be perfect for me. I have had a difficult year as we have moved from England to a new home and a new beginning in France. I have had a lot of work to do and I have not done very many bike miles this year. I am really looking forward to meeting up with some old friends and to making some new friends.

Sadly, my lady Theresa has decided that she is not interested in motorcycling any more, so I will be alone. She is an old lady now . She will spend the VIM weekend with Cecile, the wife of our friend Bernard, who will be travelling with me to VIM. Bernard has a black Varadero carbu, so he will be 'one of the few' of us Varadero riders at VIM.

The weekend before VIM, I will be attending the French Varadero meeting in Belgium, so it will be a good Varadero month for me. This will be their 13th annual meeting.

Klavs from Latvia will be camping at our house before and after VIM, so it will be good to see him again and to meet his new wife. We have plenty of space and parking at our house near to Carcassonne, if anybody would like to stay. Sorry, we have no beds. But we do have a barbecue and a swimming pool and a spa and beer in a fridge.

Just take the excel-file and use it in the VIM20-homepage.
There is no difference between the "Who is registrated/Who will join" except the sharing-info for accomodation.
And you - as everybody else of VIM-participants - will have an overview with ONE view.
