Not on the stunning CRF1000, but on a BMuu F800GS (comparable in size / weight) I have some experiences with Mitas E07 and must say they felt very confident, both on (South African) gravel, as wel as paved roads and in rain. I still would choose for the TKC70 though But there is the issue of price-difference which is in favour for the Mitas.
You get two rounds of Mitas of price of one round of TK.

Used the E-07 on both my DL650 and the Varadero.Liked them allot, wore well enough, Better off road performance than the K60 scouts (particularly the front)As for the road, they were not as good as the Anakee 2's but better road manners and wet grip than the K60's.I'd have another set in a heartbeat, but the mrs now has a GSX1400 and I am not destined to see much rough stuff on a big bike anymore so went for Bridegstone A40's. (I also work in a Bike dealership and we can't get Mitas tyres)I don't have an AT to try a set on I'm afraid.
