Title: Booking closed.
Post by: Bønne on April 01, 2019, 10:28:25: So, the booking is now closed and we have a group of participants for VIM21.

We're happy to annoncere that we'll be 50 persons spread on 15 nations:

Switzerland: 1

Israel: 1

France: 3

USA: 2

Sweden: 2

Finland: 1

Slovenia: 1

Denmark: 2

Russia: 3

Austria: 3

Norway: 7

Germany: 2

Poland: 4

United Kingdom: 7

Netherlands: 11

See you in Denmark at Whitsun, June 7th (6th ;D).

Post by: Bønne on April 07, 2019, 21:40:58: As always when you have a deadline, someone is a bit late ;D, so despite that the booking stopped on Sunday, there's been a couple of "afterbookings". But unfortunately a canceling too (due to personal reasons).

The list above is now opdated with the last changes, and from now on we will not take anymore afterbookings, and in case of cancellings, we will not do any kind of refunds either, as I've now send the booking list to the manager at the site.
