Can somebody do anything about it, I have already invested a fortune for attending VIM19 and expect to pay twice that in the future.

Yes, it is not getting any cheaper to attend. But I shouldn't really complain about the weather as I will be escaping the onset of our winter.

Just in case does somebody know the address where you can rent a snow sledge and some dogs to pull it. (Preferably Honda make).
That is the attitude Jack  VCIF_ThumbUp

Or just skis and studded tires on bike?

It is, I have done it!

Sometimes it was possible to ride the bike on frozen snow, early in the morning... when it got warmer the bike fell in snow and made it impossible. If we were too far from road to drag the bikes back we left them there and went to pickup next morning.

In Sicily they had 1 week bevor VIM 40° C and during VIM 8° C. I hope it will be reversed in Gotland  VCIF_ok
