As far as I remember, we haven't paid for the pre-vim...

in that case, nice to have some more information    if we have to be a day before, it will be nice to leave a day before .(from home)..

I just found an old PM from Kris.
Pre-Vim no problem, but he has to know in advance.
We pay for the Pre-Vim after arrival.

now we have to know publicly, if it's planned, how much does it cost, if there is some activities planned, if some body is interested and would come; we can open a list on this post

I think Pre-Vim is a tradition here, but we have lost some others ...

According to my planning I should arrive to VIM22 location on Thursday late evening 02/06/2022, to where should I go, whome should I contact, please advertize the name, address, telephone and GPS coordinates of the person who I should contact that would recieve me and show me the place of my tent. Please note that extra payment for this extra time would not be a problem.

According to Kris, it's no problem. PLN 100.- for one couple in our cottage. Pay on site. I think all former pre-vimmers are reading these posts.
We'll ride from Kosice to The Place With The Strange Name on Thursday, and we expect to be there mid-afternoon.
Don't need any activities then, except for beer or wine tasting - or both

Well, I see I'm going to have to take a course in pronouncing the names of Polish cities. 

Unfortunately, due to inflation, the price after two years will be higher and will be 170 PLN for two people in a cottage (current exchange rate PLN/EUR 4.7)

- Friday 03.06

6.00 pm - official beginning of the meeting with evening feast and a lecture on Bieszczady region

(for participants who already present in Myczkowianka in the morning some attraction will be organised by OrgTeam)

- Saturday 04.06

7.00-9.00 am. breakfast
10.00 am   adventure Bieszczady racing will start (with some check points on the way and tasks to do) – ON-ROAD ONLY
5.00 pm  group photo
6.00 pm evening feast with live music

- Sunday 05.06

7.00-9.00 am breakfast
10.30 am weather dependent attractions,
free time
6.00 pm feast with the prize award ceremony

- Monday 06.06

7.00-9.00 am  breakfast and the end of the VIM 22
