Vaccinations will help, but not soon enough. I haven't been at home (one of them) since a year now and another one since 6 months

I am ten days after my second vaccination, I suggest for you to move to a country that cares for the health of its citizens. My last year plane reservation is resceduled for VIM22 May 2021, I understand that my VIM participation is payed for. So Whatever the conditions I am planning to atted VIM May 2021 this year in the south of POLAND even if I am the only participant.

My own feeling is that VIM this year will not be allowed due to travel restrictions between countries for pleasure.
Whilst I sincerely hope it does go ahead I think we need to consider plan B.
Can the VIM be postponed for another year??

i have my space up for sale, but if admin, organisers or whoever is sorting it out, think they may have to postpone for another year, then i will hang on to it. but im certainly not travelling through several countries to go to the vim this year as i dont think its a very wise idea..

Offently to Greece, where he brings his bike, then ferry to Venice...

It seems that Poland ask for a vaccination passport to enter, unfortunately only 1,2% of Europeans are now vaccinated , I do not think we will be end of May ...

Gilles is right, I Travel by plane to Greece there I get my bike from the ship from Israel. And from there to Venice by ferry. Please everyone arrange for yourself a Vaccination Certificate like the one enclosed (b,b,s) "buy, borow or steal".  Do not postpone VIM for another year, I am not sure I can wait that much.

One chance is a (few) vaccine (s) have been developed quickly; BUT it is not available for instance for everybody ...  No vaccination = no passport or vaccination certificate, Jack 
So wait & see, but as much people here and elsewhere, I do not think we can be vaccinated for this spring, which means that we will not be able to travel worldwide for this next spring ...

Now I think itīs time for the Orga to give some information about their planings.

And please donīt do the same thing as last year  , itīs time for action and open information for everyone.

My opinion and perhaps you may have a look at the ORGA of the German Varadero Meeting (VDT) which is forward offensive.

Seems you need an imperious pattern to leave or enter in Israel ... (with a long quarantine monitored in army hotels  )

I'm changing company for a much better job in one week, unfortunately since it's for watchmaking,
they have what is called "Horology holidays" meaning the company closes in July the full month and
you are forced to be on vacation during this time.

So I only have 13th to 16th may, ascension, available for travel.

Not so nice, but small price to pay for a huge advancement of my career !

unfortunately meeting is Pentecost/Whitsun  week end; and perhaps a little bit short to go and come back to Poland (and stay with us during meeting  )
