Dear friends,

the German Varadero Meeting is online.

There's no webside to book, you have to take the following link an then to fill the form an send it to the Email-address written on the form.

Sorry, its in German.

Be informed that it is a small hotel and when the hotel is full you need to find and book your own accommodation.

So I do as requested by 2 Plugs:

The Orga-Team has written in summary form the following:

"Dear friends of Varadero,

then here are some initial information VDT2016.

As previously announced at VDT 2015 in Saxony, next years VDT is in the beautiful Spessart. Here we have in the district of Aschaffenburg found a very nice hotel "Landhotel Klingerhof".

We the Orga are tuned at the moment the details of write so that you can then soon also book.


The Muggngbadscher ( = one of our local Varadero-Clubs in Germany) say here simply Bassd Scho ( = slang of the area and means: will become great)

You can book 2 bed rooms and or 1 bed rooms as well as a Polo-Shirt with the slogan imprint of the meeting.

The account number will be communicated to you with the confirmation of your reservation!
Thus begins the payment period. Payment we ask you 30% of the total amount to be paid within 2 weeks. The balance must be paid to our account until 01.02.2016. Of course, the total amount can be paid on time. Bookings made after 01.02.2016 must be paid within 7 days. If the invoiced amounts are not within the time limits on us, the rooms are released again.
Free cancellation participation is possible until 29.02.2016.

(Please see the registration form.)

The price includes 3 hotel accommodations with breakfast, free WLAN, Sauna, indoor swimmingpool, evening buffet at 05.05. and 06.05., BBQ at 07.05 and a 4 hour baverage package at 07.05..

Each day (06.05. and 07.05.) there will be guided tours in the local area Spessart / Odenwald.

Special requests such as earlier arrival or a day to stay longer please write purely in the registration email. Also this topic is discussed with the hotel, so even that is not a problem. The Orga-Team will keep you then informed via email about the additional expenses which are also to transfer.

At the moment 50 bookings (noses) are done.

@ all, just notice, that the accommodations are limited.

JUST A SMALL UPDATE as of: 07.28.2015

- Double Room "category I" still 31 and in "category II" still 5 available.
- Single Room "category I" still 8 and in "category II" still 6 available.

If anyone is interesseted in, then hurry up.

 There are currently still 11 rooms, in the list of participants, there are also a few changes.


 So who else wants to be there, soon we will give the subscriber data at the hotel, and the free room then go back to that hotel.

Josep,

in the morning we´re preparing (breakfast and MC) then we ride (not to a brewery and spend there 3 hours, we are an active drivers meeting) and in the evening we´re "debriefing" by one or more beers.
In between we haven't time to shoot photos  ;).

But just for you (the last new uploaded pic). It´s me after breakfast on the way to a lovely tour.
We had the choice between 12 guided tours.
