I had to return 25 rooms to the hotel, today; So quantities have been updated.  :(

I try to follow the inscriptions and payments. Site page updated: please contact me if you find any mistake/forgetting...  :-[

Thank you for those who have filled the doodle page with proposed activities; but there are too few people (only 16...  :(  >:( and we are much more ...) consider it is with these informations we organize the good progress of your vcim journey.

Thank you to notice that (as explain in program page) trips take the whole day (with visits included) and others activities are proposed : "If you choose not to ride and have some others activities (or the day before/after)"


We just have to wait 133 days ...  ;)

Who's booked page with last inscriptions have been updated.
Consider there is not strict dead line for inscription for instance. Last news from hotel and camping, is they let us some places for instance, but it can be close one day or the next...

Who's booked page is updated every 15 days. We have some more people coming. (Portuguese team increase each week, ,not sure we can have Swedish, still no more french guys and girls  ;D )

A "usefull informations" page will be added in the future with useful telephone numbers GPS POI's and trips ...
I cannot work on the trips proposed because 400 km from home (in the mountains  :D ) for yet more 1,5 month now.
I will share .gpx files in due time.  ;)

As said Accommodation / booking are now closed for this event ; I've opened one statistics page... to be completed...

Partner page have been updated  ;) I'm still working on this aspect ...  ???

A Useful Informations page have been added ... to be completed too ... Trips link will be on this page later... I will work on this aspect when I come back home (I've leaved 3 months ago) in just more then 1 month. Ask for any other information you need.  8)
