We still have some work to do on the website but we can now start to accept registrations for V(C)IM16.

Please send an email to zzadminxx@xxvimxx16xx.xxcom  with the zz's and xx's removed.

The email address you use to send the request from should be the same on that is registered for your membership on this forum.

You will then receive and email with your password for the site.

Log onto the site and fill in your profile details once you have done that you can either wait until I notice or you can send another email. You account will then be updated to allow you to see the booking details.

It appears that Emails from the VIM16 Admin may be classified by some systems as spam.

If you are waiting for a reply please check your spam folder.

I have now approved the vim16 accounts for those who have registered and completed their profile information.

If you have done this you should now be able to see the booking information. You will not be able to book yet as I have set the Qty available to Zero until I get final confirmation from the Norwegian Orga team that the prices shown are correct.

The Norwegians have checked the prices and the Qty's have now been updated.

Please note that if you are paying by paypal a small surcharge (approx 4%) will be added to cover the extra costs levied by Paypal.

Additional local information is being added to the Nowegian Orga Team in the VIM16 - Location section

If you want to book extra days before or after the weekend please send email Admin with the details

If I've cocked it up and missed anyone out please let me know.
