ECU and key cilinder removal

Hi!
Where Is the ECU (CDI) and how do I remove it ? Honda XL1000 2008
How do I remove the key cylinder?

I lost the only key and Have to send those parts to a Solutions provider in Europe... 
I have not found videos or instructions to locate and dismount these parts, though they told me it's easy (in the store).
