Thanks for your comments. Interesting that you don't rate them as good as Anakee 2's for road manners. I rate the TKC 70 better than the Anakee 2's for road manners and better also for gravel.

As you've seen here , I've mounted a rear MITAS E07 + Dakar (yellow stripe ) on my AT.after 2850 kms done duo/ panniers ( whose 200 off road alone/ light) it is something like this.On the beginning a little bit less precision on the corner, but surely the break-in ... So a great tire, I've chosen the Dakar version with 3 folds of rubber instead 2 for normal version, what is good for extreme condition I think ... Rapid temperature rise (but we ride with 30°C) ; nice hang on all conditions; ride under severe storm (carefully) and absolutely no slip; done a hard conditions off-road session, with mud (the old TKC on front had problems) and very rocky: the traction is phenomenal ! On worst points, sure as it is more knobby (as TKC70) some vibrations around 40/50 kms/h and some times a little bit noisy (when do not hear the engine) .Have to see now, how much kids I can do, but as said by Jyrki, price is very interesting , and if you decide to go off road, early a good choice !
I need to find better front than E07 though.
