Agenda

- Friday 29.05

6.00 pm - official beginning of the meeting with evening feast and a lecture on Bieszczady region
               (for participants already present in Myczkowianka in the morning some attraction will be organised by "Obcy")

- Saturday 30.05

7.00-9.00 am   breakfast
10.00 am         adventure Bieszczady rally will start (with some check points on the way and tasks to do – paper or electronic version of roadbook will be
                       provided) – ON-ROAD ONLY
5.00 pm           group photo
6.00 pm           evening feast with live music

- Sunday  31.05

7.00-9.00 am   breakfast
10.30 am          rafting (not very challenging), then campfire with sausage and off-road cars return to Myczkowianka
                      free time
6.00 pm          feast with the prize award ceremony

- Monday 01.06

7.00-9.00 am  breakfast and the end of the VIM 22


starting package: 675 PLN - cost per person (meals, attractions, awards, VIM stickers, Rally number sticker, T-shirt, souvenirs, badges)


Accommodation

We offer:
- cottage house (with bathroom and kitchenette) – 8 houses for 6 ppl (max. 7 ppl)
- rooms over Myczkowianka restaurant – 1 room for 4 ppl(max. 6), 2 rooms for 2 ppl (no bathroom), 2 rooms for 4ppl (no bathroom)
- rooms in close proximity - 2 rooms for 4 ppl (double beds), 2 rooms for 4 ppl (max. 6), 1 room for 3 ppl - (in this row all rooms with bathrooms)
- tents (place for max 10)

accommodation prices :
- cottage house – 50 PLN pp per night
- rooms at Myczkowianka – 40 PLN pp per night
- rooms in close proximity – 50 PLN pp per night
- tent – 25 PLN pp per night

People interested in accommodation in the hotel can book single or doble rooms directly in Solina Hotel located 200 meters from Myczkowianka. Solina Hotel is present on booking.com. They should to do it asap.

Registration

We plan to begin registration in the middle of January next year, during the registration ereyone shall indicate selected accommodation in cottage hauses or Myczkowinaka rooms or tent. To the costs of accommodation the cost of starting packages will be added.
Peaople who booked hotel will have to register and pay for starting package.

Registration on VIM 22 will be possible only via HAR forum page and will be available only for HAR members.

just booked the last single room at solina hotel on booking.com so it looks like im going to be there next year. room has free breakfast as well, so one at the hotel and another one with you guys should fill me up for the day.
