The only "headache" is the visa to Belarus.
Very expensive. :(

How expensive?

€90.- each. The passport has to be sent to Belarus embassy in Stockholm or Helsinki.
This is for a "normal" visa if you arrive by bike, car or bus.
If you arrive at Minsk International airport, you're given a 30 days visa for free.
See you deep in a German forest ;)

Those two places reminded me about Mir castle in Belarus.

Are you using a travel agency for the Visa? On their web site http://finland.mfa.gov.by/en/consular_issues/visafees/ it is 60 Euro.

You will skip Transalpina and Transfaragasan? It might too early though, depends on the winter...

The Belarusians are smart guys.
€60.- is normal price. They add 50% if there isn't an Embassy in your own country  har_scratch
